Onyang 2-dong, located in the heart of Asan, served as a city center as commercial and residential areas grew together around Onyang Hot Springs Station. However, as urban growth was centered on new cities, the gap with the original city center widened. The aging population intensified, the growth rate of industries slowed, 1and many old buildings were over 20 years old.
Therefore, this project aims to present a direction to change into a village that can grow naturally in cooperation with existing residents through population inflow to young people.
